Refund policy
Changed your mind: You have 14 business days to return an item.
To be eligible for a refund, items need to be returned in the original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or damage.
If you would like to return an item, please send an email to support@izoza.com to start the return process.
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive your returned item, expect your refund to be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Currently, we don't offer exchanges. If you need a different size or product, just return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Need to cancel an order? You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to cancel it. Contact us immediately at support@izoza.com with your order number.
