Q: Who pays for return shipping? A: You're responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.

Q: How quickly will I receive my refund? A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item.

Q: Can I exchange an item? A: We don't currently offer exchanges — we offer refunds only. If you need a different size, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Q: Which items cannot be returned? A: For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of wear or damage cannot be returned.
